Urban Dialogues #3 – Thesis Presentations

As part of the third event in the Urban Dialogues | Urban Research & Planning Talks series, Urban Dialogues #3 – Thesis Presentations will take place on Thursday, 12 March at 12:30, in Room 126.

The event will feature presentations by Dr. F. Belgin Gümrü, recipient of the 2025 ITU PhD Special Award, on her doctoral thesis titled Negotiated Developer Obligations in a Regulatory Planning System: Insights from Istanbul, and Gizem Kepenek, recipient of the 2025 İlhan Tekeli Thesis Award, on her study titled Informal Use of Public Space: A Study on Street Vendors and Performers.
